Caring for your Wood
Following is a brief "How-To" wash and care for your blocks.
Please do not place in dish washer,(pretend its grandad's cast iron skillet) this could warp the board due to the heat and moisture. After use, wash BOTH sides with warm soap and water. Pat dry with a dish rag - and done - ready for next use.
As for applying oil - I use food grade mineral oil. Pour on a generous amount and rub in with a rag, again, both sides. Let the oil soak in over night, wipe off any excess in the morning.
